Admission: RC Fornax plc

RC Fornax plc (the Company) is a UK-based engineering consultancy providing high impact work package solutions for critical military platforms.

Upon admission to AIM, funds of £5.15 million were raised for the Company and £1 million raised for selling shareholders. The net proceeds of the placing, together with the Company's existing funds, are expected to be used primarily to:

accelerate the expansion of the business
provide additional product development capabilities for the Company’s planned AI tool
expand the Company’s sales and marketing teams
increase engineering and training capabilities
support the Company's working capital.

Crowe acted as reporting accountant on the transaction. The Capital Markets team was led by Paul Blythe, supported by Ferdia McCarville, Monty Cann and Toby Gobourn.
