Executive, Corporate FinanceMaidstone, KentJoin our Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Finance Executive, you’ll be directly reporting into to our Corporate Finance Director and Partner. This role will be broad and varied, you’ll be assisting in the execution of Corporate Finance engagements across both Corporate Finance and Lead Advisory: Corporate Finance Preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports in respect of:
Lead Advisory
Ideally, you’ll have an audit background and some Corporate Finance experience, although not essential. In this role attention to detail is key, we aim to provide the best service to our clients so you’ll need to be a self-starter, able to work flexible hours and to tight deadlines. You’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified, with good written and verbal communication skills. This will be a client facing role, and therefore you’ll need to be confident and professional with good commercial awareness. Due to the location of our clients you will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car. Please include details of recent experience including the type of work you have carried out (i.e. are you managing jobs on site, planning, reviewing etc.) as part of your application.
