I am a Partner in the Corporate Finance team in our London office and also lead our Energy and Natural Resources sector team nationally. I have been working in London’s capital markets for over 25 years and have completed over 125 transactions to date on the Main Market, AIM and AQSE exchanges.
By their nature, my clients generally operate internationally and our work normally requires support from our Crowe Global colleagues across the globe in order to deliver an efficient, supportive service, whether an initial admission, acquisition, reverse take-over or funding round.
