Acquisition: Xpert Energy Installations Limited
T Brown Group, an established mechanical, electrical and building services contracting group, has expanded its energy transition and sustainability offering through the acquisition of Xpert Energy Installations.
Xpert Energy is a specialist renewable energy contractor, delivering the design, installation and maintenance of low carbon, energy efficient heating and building services solutions, including heat pumps, solar and ventilation systems for residential, commercial and public sector clients.
The acquisition strengthens T Brown Group’s in house capabilities across renewable and low carbon technologies, enhancing its expertise in compliance driven energy projects and positioning the group to meet growing demand across public sector, housing and retrofit markets.

Crowe provided buy-side support on the transaction, including advisory, financial due diligence and tax due diligence. The transaction was led by Geert Struyven and Kieran Lambe. They were supported by Solomon Akinniyi. The tax due diligence was led by Simon Crookston, with support from Charly Barnett.
