Dynamic Networks Group Holdings Limited (Dynamic) has welcomed Ambico Services Limited (Ambico) into the group with funding support from Triple Point Investment Management LLP.
Ambico is a UK-based managed IT services provider, delivering fully managed IT support, business continuity and disaster recovery, cloud hosting, network connectivity, VOIP telephony, and security services to customers nationwide.
The transaction is aligned with Dynamic’s buy-and-build strategy of expanding its presence in London while increasing its base of recurring managed services revenue and enhancing its cloud and cyber security capabilities. Ambico has an experienced team of 14 employees and the two founding owners, who will remain involved as consultants.
