Your.Cloud completes the acquisition of Cloud Geeni to supplement their UK Managed Service Platform offering.
Cloud Geeni is a B2B MSP supporting UK SMEs by providing IT solutions, cloud infrastructure and cyber security services. Cloud Geeni was previously part of the Key Computer Applications’ service offering based in Lancashire and servicing customers throughout the UK.
Your.Cloud group comprises more than 40 companies across Europe which each operate locally, with the added benefit of shared experience, expertise and resources that come from being part of a wider group. The acquisition of Cloud Geeni is the latest in a series of deals that Your.Cloud has completed in the UK as it seeks to continue to grow and develop its UK presence.
