Corvero Group completes the acquisition of BIE Magnum Limited.
Corvero Group, a portfolio company of Ansor LLP, has completed the acquisition of BIE Magnum Limited, a UK-based engineering and industrial finishing specialist serving customers primarily in the defence and aerospace sectors.
BIE Magnum provides a comprehensive range of services, including CNC machining, laser engraving, industrial painting, and specialist engineering finishing solutions.
This complementary acquisition reinforces Corvero Group’s commitment to building a world-class, integrated UK manufacturing platform. By bringing together highly specialised capabilities, the Group is further enhancing its ability to support the demanding requirements of customers across the global aerospace, defence, and industrial markets.
