Investment: Lysander Group Limited
TPA Capital has completed its investment of Lysander Group Limited (Lysander), a real estate consultancy that provides bespoke project management, quantity surveying, and construction management services across the commercial and residential real estate markets.
Crowe completed both the vendor and tax due diligence for Lysander and the financial top-up due diligence for TPA Capital in respect of this investment.
