Aquisition: Lysander Group Limited Tools
TPA Capital has completed its acquisition of Lysander Group Limited (Lysander), a real estate consultancy that provides bespoke project management, quantity surveying, and construction management services across the commercial and residential real estate markets.
Crowe completed both the vendor and tax due diligence on behalf of Lysander, and the financial top-up due diligence on behalf of TPA Capital in respect of this acquisition.
