Newable completes investment into Amulet Hotkey Limited.

Newable has completed a significant investment into Amulet Hotkey Limited (Amulet), a technology company that specialises in agile computing solutions for power users and mission critical environments. Crowe completed both the financial and tax due diligence on behalf of Newable in respect of this investment.

Amulet provides agile remote computing solutions for organisations across sectors such as financial services, secure government, and defence. Newable’s investment will help expedite R&D for Amulet’s new products and help scale their teams and manufacturing capabilities.
