Investment: BGF

BGF completes investment in PMC Global Holdings Limited.

BGF has completed a minority investment in PMC Global Holdings Limited (PMC), a commerce technology services provider founded by Paul Mason in 2001. Crowe completed both the financial and tax due diligence on behalf of BGF in respect of this investment.

PMC provides consulting, transformation, software engineering solutions and managed service technology support to customers primarily in the retail sector. BGF’s investment will help support the company in scaling operations globally and enhancing its current offerings.
