I am a specialist Merger and Acquisition (M&A) tax advisor, bringing pragmatism, strong tax technical capability, and a deep understanding of the deal process to help clients navigate the issues that arise in complex transactions.
I work closely with management teams, shareholders and investors, taking time to understand each client’s business and circumstances so I can provide advice that is both technically robust and commercially grounded. I particularly enjoy supporting clients through periods of change — whether that is a sale, acquisition, restructuring or growth phase — and helping them manage tax risk while keeping transactions and projects on track.
While I advise across a wide range of sectors, my experience is strongest in Manufacturing, Technology, Retail and Property, working with Owner-Managed Businesses, Private Equity-backed groups and larger corporates. In addition to my corporate work, I work closely with Private Clients, often former business owners and their families, supporting them post-transaction and working alongside them to meet their ongoing UK tax requirements.
I am a regular speaker at seminars and professional networks and a contributor to Crowe’s tax briefings and publications. I am also passionate about developing people and championing diversity in the profession, supporting individuals to build sustainable and rewarding careers in tax.
