Step 1: Application
Candidates follow the "Application Guide" stated in the official announcements for each positions.
Step 2. Profile scanning
Candidates' profile will be filtered by the Company's criteria.
Step 3. Ability Test
Filtered candidates will be invited to attend online tests, normally including Accounting, Auditing, Tax, English.
Step 4. Interviews
Pass-test candidates will be invited to the group interviews or face-to-face interviews at Crowe's offices or online interviews.
Step 5: Result announcement
Recruitment result will be emailed to all candidates. Successful candidates will receive Offer Letters for next steps.
