A manufacturer based in Kingswinford, West Midlands has moved to employee ownership in a deal supported by prominent advisers.
Plastic Coatings Ltd provides a range of coating materials, including thermoset and thermoplastic polymers, fluoropolymers, electrophoretic or e-coat paint, primers and more. The company services industrial sectors including automotive, aerospace, construction, defence, offshore, and medical.
The move comes as the company celebrates 70 years in business.
