MMM listed on London Stock Exchange to acquire natural resource businesses in mining and energy sectors.
Mining, Minerals & Metals plc (MMM) has been formed to undertake an acquisition of one or more businesses (either shares or assets) that has operations focused on the natural resources sector.
Crowe has advised MMM on the admission to the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Following admission, MMM will have net cash resources of approximately £515,000 to be used to seek opportunities in the mining and oil and gas segments of the natural resources sector.
