Astra Holding Group Limited (Astra) has announced its acquisition of DNH Construction Limited (DNH) a specialist insurance reinstatement contractor operating across South West England.
Astra is a UK-based industrial holding company that specialises in solving founder succession challenges by serving as a long-term home for legacy British businesses. Astra supports its portfolio companies by providing patient capital, tech integration, and digital tools while keeping operational autonomy in the hands of existing management teams.
Founded over 40 years ago, DNH is a specialist insurance reinstatement contractor providing repair, restoration and property recovery services on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters and claims management organisations. Operating throughout South West England, the business supports customers through the repair and reinstatement process following insured events, delivering a comprehensive service from initial assessment through to project completion.
Crowe provided financial and tax due diligence services to Astra on its acquisition of DNH.
