Chiltern Capital completes its investment into Xburo Holdings Limited.
Xburo Holdings Limited (Xburo) is an established Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEPH) engineering consultancy business based in Scotland.
Chiltern Capital’s investment, which further bolsters their presence in the engineering sector, will enable Xburo to pursue ambitious growth plans, including geographical expansion from Scotland into the wider UK market and an enhanced service offering.

Crowe provided financial due diligence and tax due diligence services on the transaction. The financial due diligence was led by Kieran Lambe and Geert Struyven, supported by Harry Phipps, Aaron Clare and Harry Kiddle.
