BSF Enterprise Plc (BSF) has been created to consider opportunities within the innovation marketing and technology sector. Crowe has advised BSF on the £767,000 placing and admission to the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The placing allows BSF to seek a target that focuses on trade innovation, data-driven analytics and technology to maximise sales and assist companies enter new markets.
