Ama Capital completes investment in Ivy House Learning Ltd.
Ama Capital has completed an investment into Ivy House Learning Ltd, a provider of leadership and talent development programmes, ranging from graduate programmes to C-suite and board level corporate executives.
Founded in 2017, Ivy House provides clients with bespoke talent development programmes to blue chip corporates, primarily in the UK. Ama’s investment will support Ivy House as it enters its next growth phase. Crowe completed both financial and tax due diligence on behalf of Ama Capital in respect of this investment.
