Shackleton Advisers Limited (Shackleton) has announced its acquisition of the London-based financial advice firms PK Financial Planning and its discretionary fund management division, PK Wealth.
This acquisition adds over £200 million in assets under management. Additionally, the acquisition includes PK Employee Benefits, a division of PK Financial Planning.
Shackleton is a chartered financial adviser and wealth manager. This transaction marks the 17th completed deal by Shackleton since Sovereign Capital invested in the business.
Crowe provided financial and tax due diligence. Dan Nixon led the Corporate Finance team with support from Nathan Crawford, Sacha Alam and Toby Gobourn. Simon Crookston led the tax team, supported by Daniela Jarosova.
