Sale of Engineering Solutions Group Limited to NG Bailey Limited
Engineering Solutions Group Limited and its subsidiary businesses, including ECS Engineering Limited, have been acquired by NG Bailey Limited, a major UK-based independent engineering and infrastructure services provider.
Engineering Solutions Group Limited is headquartered in Nottinghamshire and is a specialist engineering group operating across the water, environmental and wider infrastructure sectors. At its heart sits ECS Engineering, which has expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, specialist steel and composite fabrication, civil engineering and the supply of advanced water control products. Its key customers include the Environment Agency, Severn Trent Water, Anglian Water, Welsh Water and Yorkshire Water.
