Mycronic AB (publ) (Mycronic) has acquired RoBAT Limited (RoBAT), a company specialising in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) testing, headquartered in the United Kingdom.
Mycronic, based in Sweden and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of production equipment with high precision and flexibility requirements for the electronics industry. RoBAT has developed important technology for fast and reliable tests of signal quality on PCBs, which is a complementary acquisition to Mycronic’s Global Technologies division.
Crowe provided financial and taxation due diligence services. The financial due diligence was led by Peter Varley, George Lawford, Monty Cann and Alice Berendt. Emma Reynolds led the taxation due diligence, supported by Jack Paine.
