I am a Corporate Tax Partner based in Kent with experience supporting growing Owner-Managed Businesses and mid-tier Corporates across a broad range of sectors with their tax compliance and advisory needs.
I have particular experience in tax structuring corporate reorganisations, and providing practical tax advice and support on business acquisitions and disposals. I have also supported companies in accessing innovation tax reliefs including R&D and patent box reliefs.
