Crowe UK welcomes 96 trainees in 2026

Crowe has welcomed 96 trainees as part of our 2026 intake, marking the start of their professional careers in the industry.

The new recruits are based across our firm’s offices in London, the Midlands, Thames Valley, Manchester, Cheltenham and Kent, and join teams spanning Tax, Corporate Audit, Business Advisory & Accounting, Social Purpose and Non Profit Audit, and Financial Reporting.

In their first few weeks, the trainees are taking part in a structured induction programme designed to introduce Crowe's culture, values and ways of working, while building relationships with colleagues from across the business. The programme provides a foundation for their future careers and supports their transition into professional services.

The latest intake forms part of our wider Early Careers programme, which offers a range of pathways into the profession, including graduate roles, school leaver opportunities, internships and placements. Trainees benefit from professional qualifications, structured learning and development programmes, mentoring and hands-on experience working with clients across a diverse range of sectors.

The arrival of the trainee cohort follows another successful year of Crowe's participation in the 10,000 Black Interns programme, an initiative pioneered by the 10,000 Interns Foundation. This summer, we welcomed 17 interns across our UK offices, marking its fifth year of sponsoring the initiative.

Several former participants who have since joined Crowe permanently also supported this year's cohort, sharing their experiences, offering guidance and helping interns navigate life at the firm.

We also recently welcomed its first interns through its partnership with The ABL Foundation, which promotes a sustainable cycle of opportunity for disabled talent.

Mitesh PateliaMitesh Patelia, Chief Executive, said:

“We are delighted to welcome 96 trainees to Crowe as they begin this exciting stage of their professional journey. These talented individuals bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and ambition, and we are committed to supporting their development through high-quality training, professional qualifications and meaningful client experience. As Crowe continues to invest in its people, our Early Careers programme remains a key part of our strategy to attract, develop and retain future talent, providing opportunities for people to build rewarding careers. It is also central to our long-term success. Talent is all around us, but opportunity isn’t, so alongside our trainee programme, we are proud to champion and support initiatives that improve access to the accountancy profession.”

Alicia ZarandiAlicia Zarandi, Head of Talent Acquisition, said:

“Expanding access to our opportunities is an important part of our Early Careers strategy, but it’s equally important that students have a positive, fair and engaging experience throughout the process, and that we continue to attract the talent our business needs. Through meaningful partnerships, targeted outreach and the support of our internal networks, we work to ensure our opportunities reach a wide range of students and graduates, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, potential, and long-term fit. Our goal is to balance reach, experience and outcomes, ensuring talented students can access our opportunities, enjoy a positive recruitment journey, and thrive in careers that support our business’s future success!”
