ETU Limited, known as Skillwell, has completed its acquisition of CCFK Ltd and its subsidiary CCKF Inc, trading as Realizeit.
Skillwell is an immersive and adaptive e-learning platform provider. The acquisition of Realizeit expands Skillwell’s content and platform capabilities through the integration of Realizeit’s AI-driven adaptive learning platform, accelerating Skillwell's entry into new regional markets and enhancing its personalised skill development offerings. The acquisition solidifies Skillwell’s position as a go‑to provider of immersive, data-driven skills solutions.
