I am a Corporate Finance Partner and Head of Advisory in the London Office. I also served as Chair of the Supervisory Board, responsible for providing oversight and strategic guidance to the Chief Executive and the National Executive Team. This broad range of experience, combined with my commercial background allows me to be a trusted advisor to my clients.
Over the past decade, I have advised on approximately 50 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and 40 acquisitions. I have worked across a range of sectors, helping our clients grow, by way of acquisition and organically, to build profitability, to prepare businesses for IPO, sale, and to realise their investment. I am a regular speaker at industry events, including those hosted by the London Stock Exchange, where I share insights on the benefits of going public.
