I am a Corporate Finance Partner and Head of Advisory in the London Office. I am also Chair of the Supervisory Board and I am responsible for providing oversight and strategic guidance to the Chief Executive and the National Executive Team. This broad range of experience combined with my commercial background, allows me to be a trusted adviser to my clients.
Over the past decade, I have advised on approximately 50 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and 40 acquisitions. I have worked across a range of sectors, helping our clients grow, by way of acquisition and organically, to build profitability, to prepare businesses for IPO, sale, and to realise their investment. I am a regular speaker at industry events, including those hosted by the London Stock Exchange, where I share insights on the benefits of going public.
