I am a Partner in the Corporate Finance (Lead Advisory) team and industry lead of Crowe’s Life Sciences and Healthcare. I have more than 15 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, shareholders, and management teams on sell-side mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions, typically valued between £5 million and £100 million.

I advise on cross‑border transactions, particularly involving buyers from North America and Europe, and have extensive experience working on deals involving private equity, both as platform investments and bolt‑on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies.

I primarily work with owner‑managed SMEs, supporting clients through the full transaction lifecycle. I am passionate about helping shareholders shape growth strategies and exit plans, recognising that a successful transaction is often a life‑changing event for clients and a highly rewarding outcome for the advisory team.
