Crowe has advised the shareholders of Displayplan Limited (Displayplan), a YFM Equity Partners (YFM) portfolio company, on its sale to Blackstone-backed HH Global, an international market leader in tech-enabled creative production and global retail marketing activation.
Displayplan is an award-winning retail display specialist which designs, delivers and manages complex point-of-sale solutions and engaging in-store experiences for leading brands and retailers worldwide.
Backed by YFM in 2012, Managing Director Scott Morris and Executive Chairman Neil Campbell, supported by a high calibre team of creative, structural design and production specialists, have built Displayplan into the outstanding international business that it is today.
The joining of the two companies represents a progressive move for HH Global and is an exceptional addition to its retail solutions business, combining category-leading talent and complementary expertise to deliver enhanced retail marketing activation capabilities for an impressive portfolio of global brands.
