Crowe advised the shareholder of Careskills Academy, a leading e-learning provider to the social care market, on its sale to The Citation Group a tech enabled global compliance specialist backed by private equity firms Hg Capital and KKR.

As a market-leading compliance provider, The Citation Group continues to recognise the unique challenges the Health and Care sector faces and this new acquisition complements the existing products and services they already offer including Care Pro, ISO certification, and enhanced DBS checks.
