Internship program
Crowe's internship program is an annual program specifically designed for senior students majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking to help them experience the real working life and complete their internship reports, if any.
Announcements for each program can be found on Crowe's official media channels such as website or Facebook fanpage in early August each year.
The annual internship program normally lasts from late December to the end of April or longer depending on discussions between the Company and interns.

Step 1: Application
Candidates follow the "Application Guide" stated in the official announcements for each internships.
Step 2. Profile scanning
Candidates' profile will be filtered by the Company's criteria.
Step 3. Ability Test
Filtered candidates will be invited to attend online tests, normally including Accounting, Auditing, Tax, English.
Step 4. Interviews
Pass-test candidates will be invited to the group interviews or face-to-face interviews at Crowe's offices or online interviews.
Step 5: Result announcement
Recruitment result will be emailed to all candidates. Successful candidates will receive Offer Letters for next steps.
