Investment: YFM Equity Partners
YFM Equity Partners LLP (YFM) has invested in Psychology Tools Limited (Psychology Tools), founded by Dr Whalley in 2008, a specialist online platform to support mental health professionals with best practice, evidence-based resources, tools, and guidance.
The investment will help accelerate growth for Psychology Tools, through investment in both senior staff and content generation to support growth both in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Crowe's role and team
Crowe provided financial and taxation due diligence services, along with tax structuring. The financial due diligence was led by Dan Nixon who was supported by Ioanna-Maria Kasinou, Monty Cann and Paddy Milton.
Emma Reynolds led the taxation due diligence, supported by Martin Birley, with input from Helen Wickenden on the VAT, while Jane Mackay and David Oliver led the tax restructuring.
