Foresight Group completes investment in Round Group Limited.
Foresight Group has completed an investment in Round Group Limited, a tech-enabled, digital marketing agency. Founded in 2019, Round serves the global music, entertainment and consumer brand sectors, delivering campaigns through short-form social media content supported by its proprietary software platform.
Foresight’s investment will support Round in the next development phase of its software and to increase its international reach. Crowe completed both the financial and tax due diligence on behalf of Foresight Group in respect of this investment.
