Crowe advises The Scale Factory on its sale to Ten10.

Crowe has advised the shareholders of The Scale Factory Limited on the sale of the business to Ten10, a Graphite Capital portfolio company.

The Scale Factory is an award-winning Software as a Service (SaaS) consultancy specialising in delivering Amazon Web Services (AWS) migration, modernisation and growth solutions.

Established in 2009, CEO Jon Topper has built The Scale Factory into a leading AWS SaaS solutions partner with the support of a high calibre technology consulting and delivery team led by COO Jemma Bolland and CTO Mike Mead.

The acquisition will enable Ten10, a highly established software engineering and automation services group, to add significant scale, talent and growth potential to its Cloud & DevOps practice.
