Working alongside HRIS systems such as Workday®, HiBob®, and BambooHR®, Global PayConnect® receives full‑stack or change‑only employee data through secure API and sFTP integrations. Our 'time and attendance' feature supports compliance with EU Working Time Directive requirements, providing visibility of auditable working hours data for both employees and employers.

How long does it take to integrate Global PayConnect® with other systems? 
Crowe's Global Business Solutions has been supporting clients with HRIS integrations to our Global PayConnect® platform for over two years. Experience tells us that an HRIS integration project will take between two to three months, from initial review of requirements, through to client training and live system deployment. The timeline is dependent on the number of payrolls, client project resources, and other wider requirements, for example those of the finance team.
Is it plug and play?
No, each Global PayConnect® platform is built to a client’s requirements to ensure it specifically handles the complexity of their payroll, ERP and organisation. 
How much does it cost?

HRIS Integration project fees are tailored to your organisation’s size, complexity, global footprint, and wider requirements.

Licensing fees are £60 per payroll per month, e-payslips are £1.50 per employee, and the PTO is £1.50 per employee.

Example

A payroll for 10 employees, with e-payslip and PTO tracking, would be:

  • 1 x £60 monthly license fee = £60
  • 10 x £1.50 PTO = £15
  • 10 x £1.50 payslip = £15

This results in a total of £90 for the Global PayrollConnect® platform.

It also integrates with online banking platforms for the upload of payment files and ERP’s, such as NetSuite, for the posting of payroll journals.

Does Global PayConnect® support compliance for the European Working Time Directive?

Our 'time and attendance' feature supports compliance with EU Working Time Directive requirements, providing visibility of auditable working hours data for both employees and employers.  Hours are recorded by employees using the It’s Pay Day mobile app, to clock start and finish times on a working day.
