I am a Partner in the Global Business Solutions team based in Cheltenham UK, specialising in assisting US companies with their international expansion efforts.

Since joining the firm in 2010 and becoming a Partner in 2014, I have focused on global outsourcing, particularly for US-based businesses, a field I have been immersed in for 25 years.

Prior to this role, I led the Accounting Services department at a medium-sized practice, managing a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from large corporations to start-ups across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

I also lead the firms Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) network that promotes and supports an environment in which our colleagues from a BAME background can thrive, promoting equality and diversity in the workplace and beyond.
