Saga Invest GmbH completes its acquisition of Heathside Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries.

Saga Invest GmbH (Saga) is a German-based investment company aiming to build a Pan-European manufacturing and distribution solution for toys, collectibles and other licenced goods. The acquisition of Heathside Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (Heathside) is a significant step in Saga’s plans to expand across Europe.

Heathside, based in the north-west of the UK, is a manufacturer and distributor of toys and collectibles with operations in the UK and Netherlands. Since incorporation in 2005, Heathside has experienced rapid growth, partnering with well known pop culture and licence brands.

Crowe's role and team

Crowe provided financial and taxation due diligence services, along with tax structuring and customs advice. The financial due diligence team was led by Peter Varley, supported by George Lawford and Monty Cann. Emma Reynolds led the tax team, supported by Martin Birley.
