Acquisition: Gardner Retail Limited
Roadside Real Estate plc (RRE), has announced its acquisition of Gardner Retail Ltd, together with its subsidiaries (Gardner), for an estimated consideration of £17.8 million.
The acquisition of Gardner marks a significant step by RRE in pursuing its strategy to build a high-quality, income-generative roadside retail portfolio. Gardner operates six profitable petrol forecourts in the South West of England. The acquisition offers RRE immediate earnings benefits and a scalable platform for future growth and development opportunities.
