Crisp, a VC-backed company, operates an open data retail platform that connects over 6,000 consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands to real-time point-of-sale (POS) and inventory data from more than 250,000 stores. The Crisp platform utilises business intelligence (BI) tools, cloud platforms, and interactive dashboards to provide store-level insights and analytics that are actionable.
Crowe provided sell-side corporate finance services to the shareholders. Crowe's Corporate Finance team advised the sellers on deal structuring, commercial terms and deal execution. The process was completed within six weeks of Heads of Terms being signed. Crowe's team was led by Mark Allen and supported by William Thompson, Peter Marshall and Aaron Foster.
