I specialise in providing M&A advice to private individuals, corporates and investors, with a focus on regional mid-market transactions. I enjoy working with privately-owned businesses to help them evaluate and deliver value-creating opportunities.    

I have almost 20 years’ corporate finance experience across a range of corporate acquisitions and disposals, buy-outs and fundraisings.

Prior to joining Crowe to establish a dedicated lead advisory presence in the Thames Valley, I led mid tier corporate finance team in Reading before focusing exclusively on the TMT sector.
