Crowe has appointed Adam Rollason (effective 1 July 2026) as partner in its well-established national Tax team, enhancing the firm’s corporate tax advisory capabilities.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the accountancy profession, Adam will also lead Crowe’s Birmingham office, supporting the firm’s continued investment in its Midlands Southwest footprint as part of its wider UK growth strategy.

Adam brings extensive transactional tax expertise, with a particular focus on advising owner-managed businesses and their shareholders. He supports a broad range of clients, including family businesses, entrepreneurs, individuals, management teams and EOT Trustees. His work spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, management buyouts, employee ownership transitions and share scheme implementation.

Based in the firm’s new One Colmore Row office in Birmingham, Adam will focus on strengthening Crowe’s wider advisory capabilities across the local market, as well as driving new growth opportunities. Crowe opened its office at the prestigious Birmingham address last summer, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s ongoing growth strategy.

The news follows the appointment of Mitesh Patelia as Crowe UK’s new Chief Executive, effective from 1 July 2026, and a series of partner hires earlier this year: Mark Dyer in the firm’s VAT, Customs and International Trade practice, Bhavin Bharakda in its Consulting practice, plus two partner promotions – Ben Carter in its Professional Practices team and Charlie Copp in its Corporate Finance team.

Adam Rollason said:

“I am delighted to be joining Crowe at what is an incredibly exciting time for the firm. Businesses continue to operate in a complex and evolving economic environment, but demand for high-quality transactional tax advice remains strong, particularly among growth-focused businesses seeking to adapt and respond to changing conditions.

I also look forward to leading the Birmingham office as we continue our growth journey and further expand our offering to businesses across the region.”

Mitesh Patelia, Chief Executive of Crowe UK, commented:

Mitesh-Patelia“We are pleased to welcome Adam to the partnership as we continue to invest in our people, services and UK markets. His appointment strengthens our corporate tax advisory offering and reflects our commitment to deep sector specialism, technical excellence and long-term client relationships.

Adam’s experience, expertise and strong market reputation are closely aligned with our culture and growth ambitions. He will play an important role in supporting our clients and helping drive the next phase of our growth.”
