Acquisition: Your.Cloud
The Dutch Managed Service Provider (MSP) Your.Cloud has completed the acquisition of Comm-Tech Voice & Data Ltd., a leading telecom and IT service provider in the East of England. This marks Your.Cloud’s first UK-based acquisition in the Telecom, IT, and Cloud Technology Services (TICTS) segment, aimed at MSPs delivering both telecom and IT solutions.
Joining Your.Cloud enables Comm-Tech to accelerate its ambition to become a full-service provider, offering customers a seamless portfolio of managed telecom and IT services, while benefiting from the group’s shared knowledge, scale, and strategic support.
