Crowe advised the shareholders of Pentagon Holdings Ltd (Pentagon) specialist freight forwarders in the oil and gas sector on the sale of the company to Jas Worldwide (JAS).

Crowe provided multi service support throughout the transaction with Matteo Timpani and Charlie Breese acting as lead advisers to the shareholders of Pentagon Holdings Ltd.
