Crowe advises Password Services on its sale to Johnson Controls
Crowe has successfully advised the shareholders of Password Services (Holdings) Ltd, including Password Services (Air Conditioning) Ltd, a specialist heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) company based at Ryelands Business Centre, near Droitwich on its sale to Johnson Controls.
Password Services has been in operation for over 25 years and focuses on rooftop air conditioning within the hospitality sector. It has also been a distributor and partner for the YORK equipment brand for more than 20 years.
Crowe's Role and Team
Crowe acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Password Services: Richard Schlanker, Alison Adams and Elaine Tovey on the sale, with the team led by Andy Kay supported by Jason Daft, in conjunction with Richard Griffiths at law firm Higgs LLP in Brierly Hill.
