Crowe’s team conducted a comprehensive market review on behalf of Acquisan to identify potential acquisition opportunities within the UK and successfully facilitated an introduction between Acquisan and the shareholders of Liberty Group.
The team also delivered a comprehensive and commercially insightful financial and tax due diligence within an accelerated timeframe, helping Acquisan to make informed decisions throughout the process and ensuring a smooth transaction. In addition, the team provided expert guidance on the tax structuring of the transaction to ensure an efficient and compliant deal structure.
