Crowe advised the shareholders of Bells Power Group Limited, a leading UK provider of integrated power solutions, on its sale to M.C. Dean, a US-based, USD 3 billion global leader in engineering cyber-physical infrastructure at scale.
Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, M.C. Dean is recognised as a market leader in delivering advanced electrical systems and integrated technologies. It specialises in mission-critical facilities, secure environments, and complex infrastructure.
This transaction marks M.C. Dean’s first investment in the UK and represents a significant step in expanding its power solutions offering across Europe. It also strengthens the combined capabilities of Bells Power Group and M.C. Dean in delivering complex power systems to enterprise customers worldwide, supporting the growth of power‑ready AI infrastructure and next‑generation technologies. The partnership will enable Bells Power Group’s management team to accelerate its ambitious growth plans and strengthen their position in the sector.
Crowe acted as lead advisor on the transaction. The deal team consisted of Kieran Lambe and Geert Struyven.
“The Crowe Corporate Finance team were invaluable throughout the transaction. They guided us from the pre-sale preparation and marketing phase, all the way through to deal structuring and Completion.
Kieran and the team helped us to understand complex deal matters and was on hand to support us every step of the way. Without his advice, knowledge and sensitive guidance the deal would not have happened.
Thanks to the Crowe team’s professionalism and quality advice, we have found a buyer that will help us to drive the business forward for years to come. We could not have done it without them.”
