Our national and international teams are ideally placed to support INGOs navigate these challenges and opportunities, ensuring their resilience and ability to continue changing lives. We have specialist teams working globally, guaranteeing a knowledge of the local environment, laws and customs.
Alongside advice on audit, VAT, tax, or risk, we also carry out specialist grant audits, and as well as working with international charities, we’re also experienced at working with funding agencies and multilateral donor organisations.
To help us benchmark current challenges faced by INGOs, we would like to hear your opinion on a number of themes and issues.
Services
Most auditors carry out funder audits, but unlike our competitors at Crowe, this work is carried out by our specialised Grant Assurance Team. Our reputation with funders and bilateral agencies worldwide extends beyond auditing and we are often consulted by them on good practice.
Importantly, our extensive work with NGOs means that we have a relevant understanding of the operational realities of working in challenging geographies. We work with our clients to help provide the evidence and support needed to prevent ineligible expenditure and claw-backs.
We also provide training delivered by experts on areas such as compliance with grant conditions from specific funders, meeting value for money requirements and the wider governance and management issues facing both grant makers and grant recipients.
Webinars
Register your interest for our 2026 INGO conference: four-part webinar series.
Our INGO Conference is held annually; typically, it takes the form of a four-part webinar series that covers a range of topics and shares useful industry tips.
Our team are embedded in the sector and provide a seamless extension to your team. Our national support and international reach mean we’re able to offer you holistic advice on key issues while also giving you access to local experts who are invested in your organisation’s journey.
