This year’s findings point to a market shifting from transition planning to regulatory readiness for 2026, with growing interest in Climate Scenario Analysis (CSA). We’re also seeing operating models stabilise after years of change, with most firms now adopting a hybrid structure that combines a small central team with embedded subject matter experts.
