I am a partner leading Crowe’s insurance sector Consulting practice. I specifically focus on sustainability, risk governance and climate risk, helping to build purpose-led, long-term sustainable businesses that are able to secure ESG-related opportunities as well as managing reputational and regulatory threats. 

I am an experienced risk and sustainability professional committed to helping our clients develop and implement their sustainability strategies and plans. 

Prior to joining Crowe, I held a number of senior leadership positions in life sciences, risk consulting and insurance organisations, including as Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer. I have also served as a non-executive director for non-profit firms, including periods as board chairman.
