I am a Director in the Lead Advisory Corporate Finance team and specialise in sell-side advisory services and fund raising in the UK SME market. I have over 15 years’ experience advising shareholders and management teams on business disposals, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and capital raising across a broad range of sectors.

I also specialise in financial modelling, supporting clients with the development of bespoke transactional, operational and funding focused forecast models, alongside a range of financial model review services.
