Associate, Human Capital (Administration)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • Assist talent acquisition team with recruitment activities such as conduct assessment and onboarding of new recruits which including preparation of offer letters, onboarding documents and other documentation work.
  • To handle other administrative tasks including preparation of ID tags, updating of records and etc.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills.
  • Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
