Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Head of department in the daily operations of the Compensation and Benefits section, which inclusive of Claims Administration, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, HR Information Systems, Performance Management, Insurance Administration and etc.
  • To provide support for day-to-day administration works, clerical duties and office support activities to ensure effective and efficient operations.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Well versed in local Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and statutory requirements.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity and meticulous.
  • Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
