Associate, Human Capital (Administration)
Responsibilities
- Assist talent acquisition team with recruitment activities such as conduct assessment and onboarding of new recruits which including preparation of offer letters, onboarding documents and other documentation work.
- To handle other administrative tasks including preparation of ID tags, updating of records and etc.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills.
- Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
