Associate, Talent Acquisition

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including an efficient sourcing and selection process from different recruitment channels.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to ensure an on-going source of manpower supply. 
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Assist in other administration tasks including preparation of offer letters, ID tags and updating of records.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines. 
  • Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills. 
  • Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
